Refund & Cancellation Policy

Delivery

bestcv.in sells a digital download only — there is no physical shipping. Your PDF/DOCX file is generated and made available for download immediately after Razorpay confirms your payment, typically within seconds. No delivery address or courier is involved.

Cancellations

Because the ₹49 fee unlocks an instant digital download rather than a subscription, there is nothing to "cancel" — there is no recurring billing to stop.

Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Payment was deducted but the download link/file never became accessible to you, or
• You were charged more than once for the same download due to a technical error.

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of payment via our Contact page with your payment reference from the Razorpay receipt. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind after successfully downloading the file, since the digital product has already been delivered.
