1. The service

bestcv.in lets you build a resume using our editor and templates, free of charge, and pay a flat ₹49 one-time fee to download the finished document as a PDF or DOCX file. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no account required.

2. Accuracy of your resume content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you enter — work history, qualifications, dates, and any claims made in your resume. bestcv.in does not verify, edit, or take responsibility for the content you create.

3. Payment and access

Payment is processed by Razorpay. Once payment is confirmed, you are given access to download your resume as a PDF/DOCX, with unlimited edits and re-downloads for 30 minutes from the time of payment. After that window, a fresh ₹49 payment is required to download again.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use bestcv.in to generate fraudulent documents (e.g. fake degrees, fabricated employment verification letters intended to deceive a third party), to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or to abuse the payment flow.

5. No warranty

Templates are designed to be ATS-friendly based on common formatting conventions, but we cannot guarantee that any specific applicant tracking system, recruiter, or employer will accept, parse, or respond favourably to your resume. The service is provided "as is."

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, bestcv.in's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid (₹49).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of bestcv.in after a change means you accept the revised terms.
